Alcohol-free beverage UBY - A non-alcoholic fermented drink made from Sauvignon grapes, with a fresh, fruity and balanced profile, true to the spirit of UBY. Its profile is fresh, fruity and balanced, with expressive notes of white peach and grapefruit. The palate is lively, round and thirst-quenching, with a beautiful mineral finish. Produced in Gascony, then dealcoholised at low temperature to preserve all the wine's aromatics. Best served chilled (10°C), from aperitif to dessert. Ideal with sushi, exotic dishes or fruity desserts.
