Alta Langa Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico 2021 - Cuvage

Sparkling Wine Botter - Produced in the Piedmontese hills of Monferrato (in the province of Alessandria, south of the Po), in accordance with the highest standards of the Italian DOC designation, Alta Langa Cuvage is part of the tradition of premium Italian sparkling white wines. The traditional method used for vinification and ageing – secondary fermentation in the bottle, similar to that of French champagnes and Crémants – is a mark of expertise and quality. Another distinctive feature of this Spumante DOCG is the mandatory inclusion of the vintage. Thus, only the finest years are used to produce Alta Langa. Dry and not overly sweet, it offers a pleasant roundness, combined with the characteristics of its blend: Pinot Noir for structure and Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. The palate is fresh and mineral, with a light, airy effervescence. A very lovely Alta Langa.
