Wine Caiarossa - Crispness and admirable balance are the watchwords of Aria di Caiarossa, a blend of four noble varieties that reflect the philosophy of the estate: Merlot, Syrah, Alicante, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine stands out for its spicy balm, velvety texture and dense, fine tannins. You can feel the concentration and richness of these grape varieties here, particularly the sweetness of the Merlot and Syrah, and the firm structure of the two Cabernets. The bouquet reveals black and violet fruits, leather, spices and orange peel. This is a fun, approachable Tuscan red blend with great personality. Certified biodynamic and organic.
