Wine Vignoble du Rêveur - Artisan 2023 is a true invitation to discover the meticulous work of Vignoble du Rêveur. On their plots in Bennwihr, the 40-year-old vines draw all their energy from the Quaternary alluvial soils. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, entirely hand-harvested grapes and short maceration of the grapes (Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris) reveal a unique orange wine, bottled unfiltered to preserve its vitality and purity. On the nose, the wine unfolds delicate aromas of ripe fruit, citrus and white flowers, whilst on the palate it captivates with its elegant structure, freshness and a lingering, briny finish. A surprising cuvée that reflects the estate’s care and artisanal precision, resulting in a wine that is at once lively, intense and poetic.
