Wine Château l'Ermite d'Auzan - Located in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes, Château l’Ermite d’Auzan produces precise and expressive wines from a vineyard averaging around 25 years of age. This Auzan Rosé 2025 cuvée is produced by direct pressing of fully destemmed grapes, followed by low-temperature fermentation and three months’ ageing on lees to preserve purity and richness. The bright salmon-pink colour heralds an intense nose of raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate, the wine combines aromatic richness with lovely freshness, finishing with a very seductive fruity note. A convivial and easy-to-enjoy rosé, ideal as an aperitif, with grilled meats or spicy dishes. An expressive and modern rosé!
