Beaujolais 2023 - Château des Ravatys

Wine Château des Ravatys -   On the granite soils of the Bel-Air plateau, Château des Ravatys produces a Beaujolais with character, the result of meticulous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar: hand-harvesting, full destemming, traditional vinification and ageing on fine lees in concrete vats. This is a wine that finds particular expression in the 2023 vintage, sunny and balanced, yielding rich, crisp and perfectly integrated juices. The palate is supple and precise, with ripe blackberry and tart cherry fruit, supported by a subtle yet distinct tannic structure, and a fresh, slightly liquorice-tinged finish that is very easy to drink.
