Wine Dupré Goujon - Grown on deeply worked clay-limestone soil, Domaine Dupré Goujon’s 6.3.1 Blanc 2024 expresses the purity of Chardonnay with precision. Grown organically using agroecological methods that promote biodiversity, the vines yield a wine vinified with indigenous yeasts, fermented and aged for 9 months in concrete vats to preserve the fruit’s vibrancy and the soil’s minerality. The nose opens with distinct notes of citrus, white-fleshed fruit and white flowers, whilst the palate, crisp and dense, is carried by taut acidity and a fresh, chiselled and resolutely mineral finish.
