Wine Bindi Sergardi - Located in the northernmost part of the province of Siena, between the town of Monteriggioni and the village of Vagliagli, Tenuta I Colli embodies the history and spirit of the 23 generations of the Bindi Sergardi family, who established this estate in the late 15th century. The estate, renowned for its Chianti reds, also produces a few IGT wines, including a pleasant white Tuscan. Made from the local Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca varieties, blended with 20% Chardonnay, and aged in stainless steel vats, the Bindo 2024 Tenuta I Colli offers crisp aromas of peach and pear, with subtle hints of lemon. The palate, fresh and mineral, is supported by lovely acidity, with a touch of bitterness on the finish. A wine for immediate enjoyment, best served young to fully appreciate its freshness.
