Wine Vignerons du Mont Ventoux - Produced from carefully selected clay-limestone terroirs between 250 and 400 metres above sea level, the Black Bud 2024 cuvée reveals the full potential of Merlot in the Mediterranean climate. Black Bud refers to the dark, intense colour of Merlot berries at their peak of ripeness: true black buds bursting with concentration. This 100% Merlot offers a bright purple colour and an enticing nose of garrigue, undergrowth and noble wood. The palate is full-bodied and warm, revealing a silky texture with hints of cocoa and coffee. With only around twenty hectares dedicated to this grape variety, the estate has created a premium cuvée crafted with precision and respect for the terroir. Awarded a mention in the 2026 Guide Hachette, this cuvée perfectly embodies the high standards and expertise of the Vignerons du Mont Ventoux. Served between 17 and 18°C, it will enhance grilled meats and roast poultry!
