The Born of Fire vineyard is located less than 40 km from the ocean, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate, and is certified organic. Julien's goal is to produce quality wines that express their terroir, promoting positive interactions between the soil, climate and plants, and preserving the minerality and freshness of the wine. This 100% Syrah is rich in red and black fruits, as well as fine and sweet spices. The aromas are complemented by floral notes, dried herbs and fresh earth.
