Wine La Chablisienne - Located a few kilometres north of Chablis, the Épineuil vineyard is one of northern Burgundy’s best-kept secrets. Planted on clay-limestone slopes similar to those of Chablis, the Pinot Noir vines produce fresh, fruity and particularly elegant red wines. With this 2023 vintage, La Chablisienne showcases the full potential of this little-known terroir. The grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness, are vinified with care to preserve the aromatic purity of the Pinot Noir and the wine’s natural finesse. The delicate ageing process preserves the fruit’s vibrancy whilst imparting structure and balance.
