Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on the unique limestone soils of the Talinay vineyard in the heart of the Limarí Valley, this sparkling wine benefits from a cool, oceanic climate that gives it exceptional freshness. Aged for over 30 months on lees using the traditional method, it reveals a pale gold colour, fine and persistent bubbles, a nose combining brioche, citrus fruits and iodine minerality, and a lively, taut and elegant palate.
