Wine Domaine Passy le Clou - Known as 'Domaine Patrice' since 1950, the renowned Descombe family renamed it Passy le Clou in 2013! With production drawn from 21 plots, yields are, however, limited! This Chablis is dense, complex and boasts a beautiful aromatic richness. On the nose, there is a bouquet of citrus, white fruits and, above all, floral notes.
