For this reimagined version of Chandon’s brut sparkling wine (one of the world’s leading sparkling wine estates), the estate’s oenologists have created a red fruit base using natural extracts of Patagonian fruits and hibiscus flowers (hand-picked in the subtropical region of Corrientes, in north-western Argentina), with a hint of spice. On the palate, powerful notes of raspberries and blackcurrants balance the natural acidity and piquancy of the flowers, with a delicate finish of rhubarb.
