Chardonnay 2024 – Terrazas de los Andes

Wine Terrazas de Los Andes - Grown on high-altitude terraces at the foot of the Andes mountain range, in the Mendoza region, the Terrazas de los Andes Chardonnay Reserva 2024 is a blend from several plots in the prestigious Uco and Luján de Cuyo valleys. Using exclusively mountain-grown fruit, cultivated using sustainable methods, Terrazas wines are distinguished by their full body, aromatic elegance and freshness. Thus, this Chardonnay Reserva combines natural acidity with vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, combined with subtle hints of vanilla and butter, derived from ageing in oak barrels. The 2024 vintage, having benefited from ideal climatic conditions, is particularly characterised by the freshness and aromatic complexity typical of these high-altitude regions. On the palate, it reveals juicy flavours of yellow peach and pear, enhanced by lively notes of grapefruit, candied citrus and a hint of honey. The long, full-bodied finish adds a rich maturity to this cuvée, which is appreciated for its consistency.
