Château D'estoublon Blanc 2022

Wine Château d'Estoublon - Elegant and delicate, Château d’Estoublon’s 2022 Blanc expresses all the richness of the Alpilles terroir. Made from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Rolle, it draws its minerality from deep clay-limestone soils. An expressive nose of white peach, apricot, white flowers and subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate, the clean, mineral attack gives way to lovely tension and freshness, with a long, lively finish, balanced by fine, noble bitterness. Pair with scallop carpaccio with olive oil, asparagus risotto, or free-range chicken roasted with rosemary.
