Château D'estoublon Rosé 2025

Wine Château d'Estoublon - Elegant and fresh, this 2025 rosé reveals all the finesse of the southern slopes of the Alpilles. Made from Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah, it draws its structure and minerality from deep, well-drained clay-limestone soils. Pale colour with salmon-pink highlights, an intense nose of Williams pear, crushed strawberry and white flowers. The palate is precise and complex, blending wild berries with subtle notes of grapefruit, with a full-bodied, silky texture and a long, elegant finish. Perfect with sea bream carpaccio, veal vitello, and grilled summer vegetables.
