Château D'estoublon - Rouge 2022

Wine Château d'Estoublon - Deep and elegant, Château d’Estoublon’s 2022 Red expresses all the finesse of the Alpilles terroir. Made from Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache Noir, it draws its structure from deep, sandy and gravelly clay-limestone soils. A purplish-red colour, with a charming nose of liquorice, cedar, undergrowth and sweet spices. On the palate, ripe red fruits and spicy notes blend with fine, silky tannins, underpinned by noble, subtle oak. A long, perfectly balanced finish. Pairs well with Rossini-style fillet of beef, rack of lamb with herbes de Provence, or hare à la royale.
