Wine Château Fourcas Borie - Under the leadership of the Borie family, critics quickly began to praise the merits of Fourcas-Borie's exceptional wines, describing them as well-structured, joyful, and rich in black fruit flavours. The soils add a mineral note to the rich fruit flavours and aromas, giving Fourcas-Borie wines a very distinctive flavour profile. This 2014 vintage develops floral notes on the nose, with aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry. The attack on the palate is soft and silky, with a long and expressive finish. An excellent vintage!
