Wine Château Haut-Selve - A beautiful Graves white profile with a delicate and sophisticated nose. Complex, it reveals fresh, lemony notes, punctuated by a very delicious toasty note. The palate is round and fresh, finishing with a lovely minerality that lends the wine its liveliness. There are smoky notes of toast and fresh fruit. A lovely character for this 2024 vintage, which will pair wonderfully with grilled fish or roast poultry.
