Wine Château Olivier - Château Olivier has produced a superb 2021 vintage. With an intense garnet colour, the nose reveals notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with hints of smoky oak and undergrowth. On the palate, it offers a lovely structure, intense and textured, with polished tannins and plenty of freshness, blending perfectly with the jammy black fruit aromas. The finish is long and ends on a very pleasing mineral note. Great balance and richness in this superb wine!
