Inside, you’ll discover four of our famous handcrafted waxed cheeses: Black Bomber, our flagship extra mature Cheddar; Red Storm vintage Red Leicester; Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar; and Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar with Black Summer truffle. They’re complemented by three tangy chutneys – Balsamic Caramelised Onion, Rhubarb & Gin, and Fig & Apple. You’ll also find a Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit Cheese Bake, and some Fig & Cranberry Crackers – an unbeatable base for a generous wedge of our Cheddar – plus a Snowdonia Cheese Co serving board, crafted from Welsh slate.
