Chianti La Boncia 2025 - Tenuta I Colli - Bindi Sergardi

Wine Bindi Sergardi - Produced in the hills of Montagnola, west of Siena, in the Monteriggioni area, Tenuta I Colli’s Chianti La Boncia takes its name from its vineyard, situated within the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG appellation. Planted at an altitude of around 300 metres on mineral-rich soil, the Sangiovese vines produce a Chianti wine with a fruity and floral bouquet, fully expressing the varietal character of this Tuscan grape. Aged in stainless steel, the Chianti La Boncia 2025 stands out for its freshness and intense fruitiness, evoking cherry and raspberry, with hints of grapefruit. On the palate, it is supple and harmonious, with silky tannins and good length. Authentic and approachable, it pairs beautifully with simple, flavourful dishes, such as mushroom risotto or tomato and mozzarella bruschetta.
