Costieres de Nîmes Rouge 2024 - Château Vessiere

Wine Château Vessiere - Produced at Château Vessière, a historic estate on the edge of the Camargue, this Costières de Nîmes is the result of expertise passed down through generations. Having converted to biodynamics and certified by Demeter, the estate places life at the heart of its philosophy, offering wines that are authentic, precise and respectful of their terroir. This 2024 vintage reveals a clear garnet colour with cherry highlights, and an expressive nose blending juicy cherry, ripe black fruits and delicate notes of coffee. On the palate, the wine charms with its velvety texture, crisp freshness, supple, well-rounded tannins, and a slightly mineral finish of lovely length. A red wine full of finesse, both approachable and refined, perfect for pairing with fine charcuterie, grilled rib steak, duck breast or cow’s milk cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, between 16 and 18°C, to reveal its full subtlety.
