Crémant de Bourgogne Brut - Maison Patriarche

Sparkling Wine Maison Patriarche - The fruit of a blend of four Burgundy grape varieties for a perfect balance, this Crémant de Bourgogne Brut brings finesse and elegance, for a tasting full of liveliness. The base wines are bottled in January of the year following the harvest and age on lees for 15 to 18 months. This longer ageing on lees is a quality factor that brings out a more pronounced maturity. A pretty pale gold colour from the moment it enters the glass, this cuvée forms an attractive bead on the sides of the glass. The nose is fine, fruity and expressive, releasing scents of dried fruit and enhanced by notes of Viennese pastries and citrus fruit. It then progresses to a well-balanced, full-bodied palate, giving the whole a very fine, fresh and persistent flavour. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with dessert, the Crémant for all your festivities.
