Cœur de Rose 2022 - Domaine de Rosiers

Wine Domaine de Rosiers - Crafted from the estate’s finest barrels, the Cœur de Rose cuvée embodies the precise and refined style of Domaine de Rosiers. Dominated by Syrah and subtly complemented by a touch of Viognier (2%), it reveals an intense purple colour and a bouquet blending black fruits, delicate flowers and spices. The vines, planted on the schist-rich slopes of the Côte Brune in Ampuis, benefit from an ideal exposure that brings maturity and balance. Hand-harvested, the grapes are co-fermented and then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. On the palate, it captivates with its purity, freshness and elegant structure. An expressive Côte-Rôtie, true to its terroir and destined for fine development in the cellar.
