Wine Gift Case (2 bottles) Domaine Gayda - Chemin de Moscou has become one of the Languedoc’s best-known wines over the last 10 years. Indeed, everyone agrees that this wine is unifying, innovative and harmonious! Its nose is complex, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and pepper. On the palate, it is both concentrated and fresh, with silky tannins and a finish reminiscent of chocolate and crème de cassis. Technically speaking, the Chemin de Moscou cuvée is a selection of the finest barrels from the vintage. The wine is aged for 21 months in oak: one-third of the Syrah is aged in new Burgundy barrels for 9 months. Grenache and Cinsault are aged in demi-muids and foudres for 9 months, followed by a blend of the best barrels from each grape variety, with the blend then aged for a further 12 months.
