Wine Domaine la Rose des Vents - Produced by the family-run La Rose des Vents estate, passed down since the early 20th century, Émilien 2025 expresses all the richness of the red soils of Taradeau. A blend of Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%), this rosé reveals a marbled pink colour, an exotic nose with notes of mango and pomegranate, and a smooth, fresh and slightly briny palate, lingering with floral hints of bergamot. Perfect as an aperitif, with grilled fish, Asian cuisine or lamb with mild spices.
