Produced using the Charmat method, which borrows the second fermentation in the bottle from Champagne traditions, this brut spumante evokes the delicate fragrance of its grape variety (one of the oldest in Italy): lemon blossom and peach. Hailing from the wine-growing territories of Irpinia, a historic region of Campania blessed with a microclimate suited to the production of fine wines (the sumptuous whites and reds of Feudi di San Gregorio), the Falanghina Spumante Brut Feudi 1986 is a fresh and fruity sparkling wine, with a silky texture and fine bubbles.
