Wine Château des Bachelards - The 2022 Fleurie from Château des Bachelards comes from 6 hectares of plots surrounding the château, rooted in ancient pink granite soil, which lends the wine finesse and subtlety. Cultivated biodynamically and certified organic, the vineyard of very old Gamay vines from mass selection benefits from high planting density and management that respects biodiversity, incorporating agroforestry and cover crops. The garnet colour, luminous and deep, precedes a refined nose where peonies, violets and spicy notes unfold. The palate captivates with its perfect balance: floral and airy, dense and elegant, with notes of fresh blackberries and a silky texture. The long, lingering finish reveals a wine of class, already approachable yet with ageing potential of around twenty years.
