Wine Hubert Meyer & Fils - The Vendanges Tardives are the fruit of exceptional years, where overripe grapes are harvested at the end of autumn on plot selections. This cuvée is distinguished by the intense concentration of already very powerful aromas, typical of the grape variety. It is a wine which, in addition to an explosion of aromas on the palate, shows a very nice freshness and a superb balance, without any heaviness! It will go perfectly with foie gras or an Asian dish!
