Wine Domaine La Bouïssière - Produced from vines planted at an altitude of 350 metres at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, this 2023 Gigondas from Domaine La Bouïssière reflects a demanding and unspoilt terroir. Dominated by Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre, the blend offers a balanced and structured expression. Meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, with minimal intervention during vinification, helps to preserve the wine’s identity. Partial ageing in large casks adds depth whilst respecting the purity of the fruit. The profile is distinguished by a lovely aromatic intensity, carried by notes of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate, it offers precise texture, with well-integrated tannins and a sensation of freshness. The wine displays fine harmony and a structure suited to ageing. A cuvée representative of a refined, structured and balanced Gigondas.
