Wine Domaine Pansiot - The high-altitude vineyard produces a Hautes-Côtes de Nuits that is spicy and very fruity, juicy, pleasant and without fuss. From vines aged almost 60 years, this beauty has been aged for 9 months in barrels and in tanks. It is a good Pinot Noir, extremely efficient, already fully expressed, with refinement and half strength. We never tire of it!
