Wine Gérard Bertrand - Whilst in Catalan, ‘Les Aspres’ means ‘arid’, referring to this sun-drenched terroir bordered by garrigue, this cuvée from Gérard Bertrand draws from its schist soils all the power and incomparable finesse of the Languedoc-Roussillon terroir. Mineral, warm and with notes of liquorice, this red wine, aged for 9 months in oak barrels, is absolutely ideal with red meats and game. A real safe bet that will never let you down!
