In Pithos Zibibbo 2024 - Cos

Wine Cos - Founded in 1980, the Cos estate is located in the Marsala region, close to sea level. This 100% Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) is made from young vines cultivated using biodynamic methods. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is aged for 10 months using traditional methods, in underground amphorae whilst leaving the grapes in contact with their skins. This technique gives the wine aromatic complexity with subtly oxidised notes. Amber-gold in colour with a captivating bouquet of clover honey, jasmine and apricot blossom, the palate is vibrant and fresh, finishing with a lovely, indulgent length.
