Irancy Cuvée 1923 2022 - la Chablisienne

Wine La Chablisienne - Located a few kilometres south of Chablis, the Irancy vineyard is nestled in a natural amphitheatre of hillsides surrounding the village. On these clay-limestone soils typical of the region, Pinot Noir expresses itself with finesse and freshness, giving rise to red wines with a distinct personality. With this 2022 vintage, La Chablisienne showcases the full identity of the Irancy appellation. The grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness, are vinified with precision to preserve the fruit’s vibrancy and the wine’s natural balance. Careful ageing then brings structure to the whole, whilst respecting the expression of the terroir. The result is a delicious and elegant Pinot Noir, characterised by aromas of crisp red fruit, lovely freshness and supple tannins. An accessible and convivial Burgundy red, ideal for accompanying traditional cuisine or grilled meats.
