Wine Isatis - Isatis is the scientific name for woad, a plant once cultivated in the region to extract the precious blue dye. This delicate flower embodies freshness, elegance and pleasure, qualities that are fully reflected in this cuvée. The 2025 vintage, with its brilliant pale gold colour, reveals a delicate nose of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, the Sauvignon expresses all its liveliness, offering captivating fruitiness, lovely freshness and a touch of zing, before a finish of great finesse and elegance.
