Wine Domaine de l ’Ancienne Cure - As its name suggests, the Jour de Fruit cuvée celebrates the grape’s most indulgent expression. Aged in vats to preserve all its freshness, this Monbazillac reveals a light and airy style, carried by vibrant fruit. Made predominantly from Sémillon with a touch of Muscadelle, it offers a nose of white peach, candied fruit and honey. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with a lovely freshness on the finish. An accessible and indulgent organic Monbazillac, ideal as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses or an apple crumble.
