Wine Domaine des Bosquets - La Colline 2023 from Domaine des Bosquets is made from old Grenache vines planted at an altitude of 350 metres on calcareous marl. This high-altitude terroir, combined with a microclimate characterised by significant temperature variations, promotes slow and balanced ripening. The cuvée offers a precise and concentrated expression of Gigondas, with a distinct identity. The aromatic profile opens with notes of ripe red fruit, accompanied by floral and fresher nuances. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, with a rich and structured texture. The natural freshness of the terroir brings tension and balance to the whole. The fine, tight tannins support a lasting structure. A wine with great ageing potential, built to develop with complexity and depth.
