La Moussière 2023 - Pinard Brothers

Wine Domaine Vincent Pinard - La Moussière by the Pinard Brothers is a characterful cuvée that reflects a meticulous, artisanal approach to winemaking. Made from carefully selected grapes, it is crafted with deep respect for the fruit and the terroir. Upon receipt of the harvest, no sulphur is added to the musts, in order to preserve the natural expression of the grapes as much as possible. Ageing continues for 11 months in wooden vats and barrels, a patient process that brings structure, complexity and depth whilst respecting the wine’s balance. True to this minimalist philosophy, the cuvée is vinified with very little sulphur, sourced from the estate’s own volcanic sulphur.
