The ageing, partly carried out in old oak barrels, complements the wine without weighing it down: it imparts a subtle oakiness, with roasted, almost cherry-like notes, which precisely highlight the purity of the fruit. A well-balanced red, combining freshness, finesse and emerging complexity.
