Wine E. Pira E Figli Chiara Boschis - Hailing from the prestigious hills of Piedmont, Chiara Boschis’ Langhe Nebbiolo embodies all the elegance and finesse of this iconic grape variety. A true introduction to the estate’s range of great Barolos, it is made from carefully selected grapes, notably from young vines cultivated organically, and aged for approximately 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels. In the glass, it reveals a ruby red colour with garnet and violet hues. The nose captivates with its delicate aromas of red fruit, violet and refined floral notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh and harmonious, supported by silky, well-integrated tannins, offering a remarkable balance between structure and finesse. Accessible whilst young yet retaining fine ageing potential, it is the ideal accompaniment to fine charcuterie, pasta, roast meats or mushroom-based dishes.
