Le Bois du Cerf Rosé 2025 - Domaine Vico

Wine Domaine Vico - An elegant and luminous rosé, made from a blend of 70% Sciaccarellu and 30% Grenache, which reveals all the richness of the terroirs of Central Corsica. Its salmon-pink colour hints at a delicate wine, whilst the nose opens with fresh aromas of raspberry, mandarin, lemon and white fruits, punctuated by subtle hints of orange. Vinified in stainless steel vats and aged for 6 months on lees, it offers a smooth, structured and perfectly balanced palate, with a precise and harmonious finish. Every sip expresses the finesse and elegance of its iconic grape variety, whilst respecting the fruit and the terroir.
