Le Chêne Marchand 2023 - Pascal Jolivet

Wine Pascal Jolivet - This vintage is from a single parcel of 1.84 hectares in the commune of Bué. It benefits from a south-facing exposure and proves to be both powerful and vibrant. The wine is aged on fine lees for 5 months in a temperature-controlled tank. Its limestone terroir brings a good level of minerality and saline notes. On the nose, it reveals some good white and exotic fruit aromas with some notes of spice. Opulent, rich and sun-drenched on the palate while retaining a good freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine that will partner wonderfully with shellfish.
