Wine Clos Venturi - Produced from the finest high-altitude plots in the Ponte Leccia terroir, Clos Venturi Blanc expresses the full character of Corsican Vermentino. Cultivated biodynamically, it combines minerality, roundness and elegance thanks to ageing on fine lees and partial barrel ageing. On the nose, it reveals white flowers, vine peach, honey, verbena and fresh herbs, whilst on the palate its full-bodied texture and elegant length captivate with their complexity. Served at 12°C, it pairs beautifully with seafood, fish and creamy white meats, and can be kept for up to 5 years to reveal its full finesse.
