Le Clos Monopole 2016 - Clos Centeilles

Wine Clos Centeilles - The Le Clos cuvée is classified as La Livinière, a Languedoc Premier Cru Classé since 1999, and is the estate’s flagship wine. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vines are tended with the utmost respect for sustainable agriculture, surrounded by garrigue and olive trees in a wild and unspoilt environment. In the cellar, they use natural yeasts (indigenous for vinification) the wine is aged for 24 to 30 months to refine the tannins and is not filtered before bottling. Le Clos is released at least three years after bottling. On the palate, it offers lovely ripe fruit and notes of dried flowers that blend perfectly into a structured, distinguished body, followed by a velvety, elegant finish.
