Le Pas du Moine - 350 2025 has an intense nose with floral and exotic aromas such as lychee, fresh mango and a touch of pink grapefruit, red berries (redcurrant, fresh wild strawberry) and a few notes of spice. On the palate, the wine shows great freshness, beautiful balance, finesse, minerality and good length. This vintage is very round and appetising.
