This cuvée embodies the diversity and richness of the large Berticot family of winemakers, whose collective work is revealed in a wine that is both indulgent and balanced. Dominated by Merlot (72%), which lends it roundness and fruitiness, it is supported by the freshness of Cabernet Franc (16%) and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), whilst a subtle touch of Gamay and Malbec (2%) adds complexity and originality. Produced using traditional methods, this rosé fully embodies the Berticot spirit: a sincere, convivial and resolutely lively wine.
