Wine Domaine des Alpilles - Produced in the heart of the Alpilles, the 2025 Rosé boasts a pale peach colour and a fruity bouquet of strawberry, raspberry and fresh cherry, enhanced by white flowers and a subtle hint of spice. This elegant blend of Cinsault, Clairette, White Carignan, Roussanne and Marsanne, sourced from vines that have been organically farmed for seven years on a terroir of rounded clay-limestone pebbles, offers a fresh and balanced palate with fine, delicate tannins. Hand-harvested and aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats, this rosé is the perfect expression of the estate’s expertise and terroir.
