Wine Domaine Milan - Grown on a terroir of limestone scree and red clay, Le Vallon 2023 expresses all the vitality of its landscape. The vines, planted in 1997, produce a harmonious blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Niellucciu and Carignan. A short five-day maceration in concrete vats, using whole bunches, yields fine, delicate tannins. Racking during fermentation preserves the purity of the fruit and the wine’s natural freshness. On the nose and palate, notes of black berries, spices and garrigue come through with subtlety. The palate is fresh, supple and indulgent, true to the signature style of Domaine Milan.
